Living Constructions are a Sydney based residential building company with the primary focus of delivering high end projects in collaboration with renowned architects.

We bring a fresh attitude to the residential market of professionalism, performance, quality control and client management. We maintain a commercial mindset with subcontractor selection, management and programme. This is further demonstrated with our ISO accreditation in safety and quality.

Our dynamic team lead by working directors Daniel Lees and Daniel Gallon ensures that every aspect of every project from tender preparation to completion, is personally handled in a highly organised and professional manner.

The diverse individual skill set of each of the team members, combined with proven procedural systems ensures the best result is always achieved for our clients providing value management, best practice and ultimate execution and commissioning of works.

DANIEL GALLON
CONSTRUCTION DIRECTOR
Daniel has extensive knowledge in civil and structural engineering with special expertise in deep excavation, shoring, piling, footings, and structural concrete and steel installations. In addition to his engineering knowledge and experience, Daniel has a very technical and problem solving mindset, which ensures that progression on site can occur in a timely manner without comprise to the end product.

With over 17 year’s construction industry experience as a senior project manager before becoming a director at Living Constructions, Daniel Lees has demonstrated the importance of delivering projects on time, within budget & to the highest possible standard. With strong references and repeat business with numerous clients, Daniel has a proven track record of delivering projects that encompasses the needs of the client whilst not comprising quality, time or budget restraints.

Living Constructions specialise in the construction of high quality, bespoke residential homes and have delivered prestigious houses and apartments alongside cutting edge designers including Burley Katon Halliday, Corben Architects and Luigi Roselli. We create and nurture a transparent and cohesive construction and reporting process with emphasis on the team and client relationship.

Living Constructions have received media exposure in various digital and print publications. Their collaboration with Corben Architects on a Mosman luxury home earlier this year was featured in the prestigious Arch Daily. This follows a feature in Belle Magazine from April this year highlighting the MBA award winning Mosman House 1, with BKH. Subsequent to their acquisition of 5 MBA Awards, Living Constructions were showcased in Sydney Morning Herald's Domain in September 2016.
